Motorcylist Killed from Santa Ana
Cuing Nguyen from Santa Ana was killed in a motorcycle accident. The 26 year old Nguyen was kocked off his bike when he was struck by an SUV, while still lying in the road, he was run over by a second SUV. The Los Angeles Times reported that Nguyen died at the scene after being run over by the second vehicle.
This loss must be devastating on Cuing Nguyen family. To loose a young man in such a way seems senseless. More and more motorcyclist on on our roads. The energy and gas crisis has led to an increase in new riders. This meand that motorist need to be diligent when the drive and keep a look out.
In this senseless loss blame is something that must be investigated, if the original accident was the fault of SUV then that driver would be responsible for subsequent death of Nguyen. The second SUV would also be liable for Nguyen death.
